Competition Schedule

2024-25 MS Girls Swim and Dive Competition Schedule

Practices:

The first practice will be Tuesday, September 3rd. Practices will be after school. Swimmers will be bussed each night from West to East for practice, but there will not be a bus back to West after practice. Practices are held at the Middle School East Pool after school until 4:45 p.m. Please pick up your child at East by 5 p.m. each night. Practices are Monday - Thursday.  

Sports Physical

players need to have a sports physical on file in Mr. Antony’s office. Sports physicals are valid for three years. You need to have a sports physical on file in order to register. Sports Physicals can be dropped off or mailed to the Middle School West main office with attention to Ryan Antony.

All Middle School sports registration is done online. The activity fee  is $187.50

STMA has an online registration system EduTrak.  If you do not have any account you will need to create a new account and add a funding source before registering.  Follow the instructions in the links below.  Please follow both sets of instructions to help avoid confusion.

Behavior – as an athlete for Middle School West, our athletes are ambassadors of our school.  As an ambassador of our school, we expect our athletes’ behavior to be exceptional.  We want our athletes to be positive role models for others to see and follow.  

Important Policies to remember:  

  • Students need to be passing all of their classes to be on the team.  Mr. Antony will check to see if athletes  are passing all of their classes at mid-tri.
  • Students need to be in class five full periods of the day in order to practice or compete that night.  Students with a doctor’s appointment may be excused from this requirement if they have documentation from the doctor referencing the appointment.  Make sure to bring this note from the doctor to our attendance person
  • Your coaches will expect the students to be at practice every day.  Practices are after school, Monday through Thursday until 4:30.  Missed practices may result in reduced playing time.  
  • We will bus you to all road competitions and back to East.  You may ride home with your parents after road competitions rather than on the bus if you wish.  You need to have your parent sign out with your coach if you ride home with your parent.  If you are planning to ride home with someone else’s parents, your parents need to notify Mr. Antony of this one day in advance.
